ERC Adds Technical Training Practice; Hires Pete Bednar as Director

ERC is excited to announce the addition of Technical Training to its training offerings. This area will be headed by Pete Bednar, who joins ERC after seven years as the Director of The Center for Business & Industry (CBI) at Lakeland Community College. At ERC, Pete will be responsible for working with local and national organizations relative to their technical training needs. Some of his more popular courses include:

  • 5S Training
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Industrial Maintenance
  • LEAN / Six Sigma
  • Microsoft Office Training

“We’re thrilled to have Pete as part of the ERC team,” said Pat Perry, President of ERC. “The expertise and service offerings that his practice brings will be a major benefit to our members, as well as many other organizations throughout the country.”

ERC’s Technical Training practice will complement ERC’s Soft Skills Training, considered by many to be the regional leader in team building, supervisor and management training, leadership development, customer service and performance management.
